fujifilm finepix s2000hd review
Which bridge camera should I buy?
I’ve just got my GCSEs results and as a present my parents are getting me a new camera. I’d like a bridge camera because I’d quite like to get into photography as a casual hobby, nothing too serious, so I want something decent but cheapish because I don’t expect my parents to splash out on a DSLR. I’ve been looking at the Fujifilm Finepix S2500HD at Jessops because it’s £150 which is around my price range. I noticed that the older S2000HD is £200, why?
I’ve been reading reviews and apparently the image quality is good but it isn’t all that compared to other cameras. I don’t know whether I’m looking into these reviews too much and whether the differences are even that major. For a keen amateur like me is a low-end bridge fine or should I be looking at splashing out another £100 for slightly (noticable?) better quality or what?
Thanks
For “bridge cameras”, Fuji makes probably the best available, with a couple of exceptions which cost a lot more. Fuji is also the best manufacturer when it comes to standing behind what they make.
